Maybe Vic did indeed run off with our money to Aruba.

At least he is still paying his server bills. And we know his son or whoever has been making good bank selling off all those Turbo/Sega CD rares. Any update would be nice at this point.

Since we have been talking about Fire Emblem Fates here, it apparently had a very good launch. Over the 3 day weekend it sold over 300,000 units which is more than 5 times what Awakening sold in the same period of time. Awakening sold 180,000 physical+digital in its launch month for reference.

Two versions probably really helped. Lots of people out there that "HAVE" to buy both. But still, good news. Sounds like Fire Emblem might be gaining some real traction here.

I wonder - does a Special Edition purchase count as two sales, or one? Does it count for anyone who bought 1 physical and a digital code for the other?

These statistics are nice, but also slightly unclear due to the nature of the game(s')'s release

I would think they are counting each SE as one sale, but it sure would be creative if they were counting them as two.

Apparently Birthright sold more than Conquest ---> http://www.destructoid.com/nintendo-...s-344168.phtml

It's a real shame the Special Editions were so damn limited - would've liked to play all the game without purchasing things from the eShop (which I have yet to do once yet).

People need to come back to reality. Things do not happen overnight and take time. Especially when you are working console games and go through certification process bullshit and other crap.

    Take a pill and relax.

I kinda of agree with you on that but people do have a right to be a little mad about this because people paid for this and were told they would have the physical copy around October or November. We can understand some delays but some people by now which is March are wondering wtf. I do believe we will get it soon but some people don't think so and for a legitimate reason. Just saying that people have a right to complain now that it has gotten to march. I still support gaijinworks though.

They do, it's just that it won't make any sort of difference.
