What happened here was Bandit trying to trigger Wiley into a freak out. It's impatience. There's no sense in trying to force this sort of thing since it'll happen naturally if you wait on it.

I usually play at least one year behind, ie I played a lot 2014 games this year, and have 2015 games for next year.
