On the talk of space, what about the people who rent out a closet in NYC for big money? You don't have room for anything.

It's just a different way of life I suppose. I'm sure I would handle it if I had no choice, but one reason I like living where I do is the amount of space for what it costs is pretty decent. I can imagine most people in cities have a reduced amount of room for their belongings.
Or people that rent out storage closets for their stuff and then they lapse in payment and we all win.
And they just happen to forget their $2 M Ferrari inside.
