This includes the GBA version of the first one, and if it comes west, the first official release of Seiken Densetsu 3 outside of Japan. Secret of Mana 2 and 3 will also include multiplayer like they did in the past

Same here, I doubt it would ever make it over since I don't even think they did a virtual console release of Seiken Densetsu 3 in the US.
A lot of translation work for likely minimal sales.
