Well, that took a while, but Pato Box LE (PS Vita) is finally sold out on Play-Asia. Took a few days, though kind of surprising as it was only 1500 units and that's the only way to get the game physically.

As a boxer, I regret not knowing about this game until now.

Gambling always seemed like it was primarily a thing that old people do. I've been to a casino once, maybe twice, and never really understood what the draw was. Quite probably that the hobby is on the decline with the Boomers of the world. Still, seems to be no shortage of bar-based "gaming" in some places. Not sure if Japan has the same sort of scene as the US.
