vicireland , How difficult is it to send an email to international buyers with their tracking number? I contacted customerservice@gaijinworks.com and they indicated that it had been sent, but I requested the tracking number and 6 days ago I have not received an answer I have sent an email again today.

Looks like San Bernardino is the closest warehouse to you that they sent stock to. I'll have the rep check on it.

It's more difficult than it should be. The FedEx system we used this time was a snap, which is why all the domestic orders got day and date tracking when it shipped. The USPS bulk system we use is not so user friendly. The LAST time they promised that by the next time we used it, it would send tracking automatically. It did not. So we're working on downloading the data and matching it back up to orders then sending out an email from there on our side.

EDIT: Nevermind. It just finished processing. Mail with international tracking is going out.

6 days is a long time. You should have received a reply by now. Do you by chance have Hotmail or any of the other MS email services (outlook, live, etc) or yahoo? Sometimes they just delete emails they think are spam before ever putting them in your spam folder or inbox so you never see them.

I use Gmail. In any case, I see that after having written you, I received an automatic email from gajinworks with the tracking number

BTW, International shipping changed since we did SN5 and it SUCKS now. THREE forms for every package, except for Canada, Australia, and Costa Rica. Really slowed things down since we had to tape a clear bag to every box with the other two forms. I definitely undercharged for international shipping...
Thank you both for the answers!
Today I've received the tracking for my order

Yeah, because of our crappy USPS shipping station software, it requires extra steps to get the data out and massage it so it can be sent out as a batch email from us. We now know how to do it, but hopefully the next game it's automatic like they said it would be this time and wasn't.

Fortunately FedEx worked flawlessly sending domestic tracking and was the bulk of the orders, or it would have really been a pain!

Customs is weirdly inconsistent, especially in Canada. I dunno if it's the province or what, but most get through with no duty, but some have been assessed up to $30 duty. If it were consistent, it'd be easier to understand, but it's not.

Pretty sure if some got hit with tax, 100% of them were supposed to be taxed. But most customs employees look at it and say "lol, tax collection isn't my job".

I rolled across the boarder with my 2 WE's and some other stuff. The boarder guard asks me "what's the total value of goods you're bring into Canada today?", I say $275, he says "Ok thanks, move along". There is no exemption which would've saved me from getting taxed, they're just looking for guns and drugs and such.
