There are 3 possible WE's on each system with no guarantee you'll get the full selection. So you'd need to have ordered 6 minimum, but like 10-12 would've been better... Then there are VGP WE variants with different ribbon colors, but no plush variants. So that's just another 2 WE's. Then there's 1st print standard copies, 3 on the PS4 and 1 Vita. Presumably there will be 2nd print standards which are missing manuals and such, so that's another copy for each for the PS4/Vita. That's like 14 copies total? Not counting anything Vic might do for lulz

I've ordered a single each PS4/Vita WE's direct. 1 VGP PS4 WE. I've yet to order any 1st prints because Amazon.ca still hasn't added stock. I assuming Amazon.ca never will, and am waiting for a definitive release date so I can sign up for a month of Prime on Amazon.com. I'll order the full set of 1st prints when it's time. If 2nd prints happen I'll maybe wait for some sort of discounts...

Edit: Oh, also. The WE's might have randomly inserted 1st print discs? So combining plush and disc variants there would actually be 9 different PS4 WE's?

Lol, your definition of variant is different than mine. For the most part I am really only concerned with the actual playable media as a variant, so mainly the disc/cart itself. Extras within a package which can be swapped around are nice to have variants of, but I try not to stress over it since they can be found separately given enough time to work their way out into the world.

If you obsess hard enough, you can rationalize that swapping contents wrong and makes both copies incomplete/incorrect

Everything gets opened eventually. Even something "sealed" will eventually open due to the ravages of time.

But you need to open the PS4 WE's to verify the disc variants. How else will you KNOW you have all 9 variants?! I guess you could maybe spend thousands of dollars on MRI scans, but that might damage the games?
