    I got my vita from Amazon soon after launch. Seems to me they aren't trying to get one in from another center. You did order direct from Amazon and not a third party seller?

    Yes. Pre-ordered it back in July. They have had me approve 2 separate shipping delays. So at least this is different than the nightmare I went through with my south park order last month.

    Well if you go back into a chat and can find out what distribution center that is, we can probably clear the logjam by talking to Amazon from our side.

    To be fair to that Rep, I contacted them on another issue last night and asked them to check on the other, so it might not have been in their area.

    I am kind of over Amazon at the moment. 3 issues in less than a month I have had to contact customer service about and the one last month was a cluster **** that wasted so much of my time.

    All Wonderful Edition orders (except one we were asked to hold for a couple weeks) have shipped. International orders just completed this past Monday.
