I sent this over to the rep for Amazon last night to have them look into it. Hopefully we can figure out what the problem is with that warehouse since I'm sure other people's orders are affected, too.

I will order another as an experiment I think. I am pretty confident that the issue has to do with Amazon's preorder system, but the only way to get that solved is to contact the executive customer relations team, since their regulars are useless when it comes to stuff like that.

I really just want them to fix it, because I don't want to have to worry if I will get something I preorder, especially if it is an LE or something that sells out.

To the guy on twitter complaining about duty tax, that's why LRG charged a buttload of shipping and started doing the holdings for intl. They're covering the fees but including it in the shipping cost.
