If you don't mind a bit of a helping hand for a twitter newbie, exactly what kind of post are we supposed to retweet? And is there more to it than just clicking a button and hitting retweet? I have a twitter account, have for years, but I am usually forum, facebook, email, news, and so on overloaded that twitter is usually up to 60 to 400 unchecked tweets before I get around to checking it, and I never interact, just read some and look at pics.

Thanks, I appreciate the help. I hit retweet on that, but don't really get how it works in the grand scheme of spreading the word, so I guess I can figure out how it works later as long as I am doing the correct thing now.
