LRG doesn't translate, rewrite, record voices, piece it all back together, debug, decide art variants/rarity, create a manual from pretty much scratch, collectors editions (LRG does some CE but pale by comparison) pack and fulfill orders, and I'm sure there are more I'm forgetting.
Gaijinworks does a lot more work than LRG. But GW also always has delays.
That's not to say I dont like LRG. As a physical-media-only consumer, I'm so glad LRG and others are working hard to delay the inevitable digital-only future. I hope LRG can go on forever! GW too!
