Is 2019 the year of Class of Heroes 3?

I check the forums about once a week with hope for Class of Heroes 3 news. I know the first one got a upgraded port for the Switch last year, so it's not entirely dead in Japan yet.

At this point, outside of a Steam release... I don't see it happening. VITA is dead. PSP has been dead for a while. PS3 is dead.

I wonder how far along the localization got. Would be a bummer if it was done but just never got sent where it needed to get sent. I hear CoH3 is freaking amazing, too, which is a huge bummer.

Edit: As an aside...

Forum is working but main page is dead. Is there a backup meeting place in case the forum goes under?

And is Vic ok? I heard something about medical issues?

Vic claimed it was ready for PSP. Don't know if he ever said how far it was beyond that.

PS3 is still an option, as demonstrated by LRG with their Oddworld release.
