2014 huh, I'm honestly not sure. There's Persona 5, X,SMT vs FE, Phantasy Star Nova (if it ever gets localized),and so on. But most are too far away and too little news to really pick any one or the other. However the one that would definitely take the cake would definitely be Fate/Extra CCC if it gets localized :3.

Well P3 and P4 are loads better than the first two imo so the series is heading in the right direction and I do expect P5 to be a really good game. I forgot about P5 and FE v SMT though.

I didn't forget about them... just haven't heard they're coming out this year at all. I figured next year for at least FE vs. SMT, and P5 might be out by the end of this year in Japan. I just haven't heard any hint of when for FE vs. SMT and haven't seen anything from the game itself, so as far as I know it could be two years away. Persona 5 is at least getting some publicity now, so an end of the year release in Japan seems possible to me. Not so sure about a western release by the end of December, though.
Atlus games seem to do well even at the end of a generation. Unfortunately, unless PS4 gets PS3 compatibility I don't know that they can wait as long as they have in the past. However, I don't think that the PS4 hardware is powerful enough to handle software emulation of a PS3.
Still, the PS1 and PS2 games have a pretty good following and the remakes look to have done well on the portables.
SMT vs FE and Drakenguard 3. Otherwise, Bravely Default is quite nice. I personnaly like it, it reminds me of many games(FF, Tales, etc..) Nicely done, though the english dub is so-so for me.
