So weird question... I bought a new house and have a Game Room again/office/study again for the first time in at least 10 years... my question revolves around ways you guys are showing off your collectibles Just looking for some inspiration as I unbox cases of games on how I want to house everything in the room. I am currently thinking about running a ring of wall shelving units about 20-24 inches below the ceiling to show off Action Figures, sealed CE's, Other assorted Video Game accoutrements etc. and then one wall having shelving units for the different console games broken up somehow (plus it will force me to keep the collection from reaching previous levels (500+ NES Games, 600+ PSOne Games, 400+ PS2,XBX,GC Levels) on the other wall I plan on mounting a flat screen and then running some kind of mounting system for the current gen consoles - most likely be flush against the wall in a vertical position (hidden behind TV??) Anyways you get the idea.

If anyone has any pictures of how their dream game room would look - would love to see what others are doing for inspiration.
    V/r,
    Yak

I'm in a similar situation. I just posted on it here in the RGB / component video thread: http://www.gaijinworks.com/interact/...l=1#post112303

Not sure what I'm going to do with the games. I'll let you know what I figure out. My room is a bit unique, by the photos, so probably some bookshelves under the lower wall and some hanging from the upper wall.

I have bookshelves that I have some games/movies on and I'd like to get the rest on other shelves. I have them two deep.

As for a tv stand, I happened to find one I quite liked and it JUST fit the tv I had by 1-2" on the width and offered a nice depth too. It has a built in shelf above the tv as well. Not too many are really made for the old CRTs.

Did any of you guys here win this?

Its the 3 sided Dragon Force Standee Vic mentioned a little while back

    https://www.ebay.com/itm/292323411014?rmvSB=true

Im extremely pissed. I usually check the Saturn Auctions twitter every other day and I missed this, ended before I saw it. I would have paid 200 probably.

I need to save those pictures! I literally had no record of it I could find. This is the first picture I've seen of it in almost 20 years. I probably would have bid on it just to HAVE one. I usually kept at least one of every promo item we did, but not this one. Probably because they were a pain in the butt to put together and have them STAY together (they tended to pop off the plastic holder).

The auction's kind of stupid/misleading because the whole thing can be shipped flat. The three sides pop off and the top and bottom plastic pieces are freed and can lay on top of the stack. They made it sound like it has to be shipped assembled.

VIC the seller said he may sell it to me for the larger offer I made him.

If I get it I can take some hi-res's of it.

That's be awesome to have nice pics of it, although I have no idea how he can rescind the sale without ebay dinging him if the other winner complains...

I think he said if the buyer doesn't pay.

If it was indeed a member on here Ill back off that either way.

Vic are there Standees for Shining Wisdom/Sega Ages/Magic Knight ? A friend of mine has the Iron Storm one, and now Ive seen the Dragon Force one.

I'll have to ask Kelly, she remembers some of this stuff better. Maybe one for Shining Wisdom - I'm reasonably sure there was, actually. Definitely NOT one for SEGA AGES or Magic Knight.

Man, that is awesome, I didn't see it either in my ebay watches. Probably because the auction doesn't have "Working Designs" in the text at all. I bet the guy would have had a lot more bidders if he just had that phrase in there. I've saved the pics in my auctionarium as well

I have a friend online that claimed to have a Shining Wisdom one from when he worked there but I've never seen pictures. I'd assume it's more like a general Standee though.
