EBGames:
I went to EBGames in Tanforan Mall. I was 3-years sober after a clinic visit in a hospital in Los Angeles. I was inquiring the EBGames retail salespeople about a few things. A PocketStation which the girl openly said out loud and mocked me about and said something about, "oh, that little thing from a couple of years ago?" And she had glasses, punky, kinda elf-fish hair-do. I left her alone because she seemed, oh, so busy with her job and her lifes at the videogame store. I talked to the Asian girl because she wasn't doing anything and I wanted to see how she treats my mom who I was taking out on a visit because she misses me/missed me and her legs hurt so I took her out for a walk. I asked about Final Fantasy. They all asked me, all the girls, oh, which one are you on, or, "What are you on?" And, I said Final Fantasy XIII was the last one I played a-couple of years ago on the PlayStation (3-Slim,) and she was like oh, that's a good one, but I didn't have it in me to finish it. And, I was like, ohh, I feel that way too sometimes but I always just suck it up and finish it on along anyways. They kinda left me alone here after that question. I asked them about the sequel and they had it so I bought it. I inquired/asked/or aksed them about the Strategy Guide that comes along with it and if it's cheaper if I buy them all, at the same time. They're just like, "yes?" I pretty much say yes, I want to buy both, and they're all like, *checking the computer,* and they're all oh, they have one in Oakland, CA-lifornia. And My Mom says, "Oakland?" out loud and the look of dread that swept over Asian-Danielle's face about having to make a phone call or a trip to, "Oakland," really baffled her, me, and my mom. She just seemed so turned on by the whole deal that I kinda slowly backed away from the deal. I was just like oh, okay this's is getting weird. She says there's one Strategy Guide left but it's in Oakland and they ask if I'd be willing to first get my name and write my name down and, and wait for it, or if I'd be willing to just wait the next day for it to get there. I was like, "Sure?" And, she makes a few calls, and I listen in on her and I just stare at my mom a little bit hoping she's having fun out on our outing or trip to the mall because her legs hurt and I just wanted her to get out of the house and ecxercise and have a little social time outside? Anyway, Danielle Asian-ly fails in achieving the Strategy Guide for me immediately that day. I just chalk it up to her being, feeling tired that day and it was late in the day and we were all were like the last-ish customers. It was like 4-5:30 PM I assume/I presume. I tell her it's okay and I walk my mom around the store and talk to her a little but just like old times and we finally casually just leave and I take her home with me because they never talked to us and I just caught the random Asian girl puppyguarding the front counter cash register just opening and drinking a bottle of water.
I noticed that Danielle and the EBGames store never called me back. The first thing Danielle does or did was get my name and catch my digits I gave it to her. I notice she doesn't call me back the next day either so I called the store and made a complaint that they didn't get me the Strategy Guide that they promised me and I was willing to pay for. They've never called me back since and I just Futch hate that store for wasting my time and wasting my mom's time and how socially inappropriate they are in this day and age.
