I used to go to this site around 2003-2007 or so, and a bit into 2009.

This site had JRPG reviews, music to download, and
jrpg intros?

if so, what happened? was a huge fan of that site.

But I don't think that the current content of rpgdreamers as it is now (only 6 games, 5 of which are NIS) is the same site that isualneo13 was alluding to back in the day. Either that or there have been some drastic changes to it.

It has the same name, so I think it does have to have some ties. Maybe the original left, and someone else bought up the domain.

yeah, the site I recall had a black background, and this one person would really do extensive reviews.

Chi pan or something was the name, and they had the avatar of the protagonist in suikoden 2.
