And as above members have mentioned, I am also dying for Xenoblade 2 and FExSMT
I'm not looking forward to Xenoblade 2 one bit, the first one was horrible though FExSMT
    I can't wait for

I would prefer for MonolithSoft to remake and complete Xenogears, but they will never get the rights back from Square, so Xenoblade 2 seems like a decent substitute. Hopefully they focus less on fetch quests and more on the gears and awgis that were the highlight of the previous two Xeno series.

I am really looking forward to E3, and particularly the few weeks before it. It may become a console war between the PS4, the Wii U(even if Nintendo doesn't hold a traditional press conference it has been said that they will hold 3-5 Nintendo Directs substituting for much of that), and if the new Xbox console is what we will be hearing about on the 21st than the XBox 720. We'll definitely see the next 3D Mario, excited, at least two Zelda titles, excited, and probably some Japanese developed role playing games in the mix which would include that new Final Fantasy title. Maybe Versus will show up somehow.

My problem with the last E3 was that it wasn't as revelatory as I had hoped, than again I keep myself updated, every day, on gaming news. Watchdogs was interesting, and so was Beyond: Two Souls. I was hoping for a Japanese developed RPG or two, but they never showed up. Hopefully this E3 will be different.

I'm holding out hope that Namco does something Ridge Racer related for the 20th anniversary (but not that Unbounded crap), Xseed steps up their efforts to translate the Kiseki games, we find out what Falcom's doing with those PS4 devkits we know they have, and we get greater details on Shin Megami Tensei X Fire Emblem and Xenoblade II.

Nintendo's just passing on the press conference due to the dangers of live presentations. It's to keep Reggie's body from being ready again. Instead of the presser they'll be doing a pre-recorded Nintendo Direct feed from their website.
I am looking forward to the shin megami x fire emblem and xenoblade as well. I also have Bayonetta 2 and the Wonderful 101 in my sights. I think the holiday season is going to be crazy for Nintendo.

Xenosaga / Xenoblade. Some of the biggest gaming disappointments of my life (as a Xenogears fan), and makes me certain that Takahashi is a hack without Masato Kato. He never gets the credit for the great games that they were both involved in. Though Kato isn't entirely in the clear, considering how bad Chrono Cross is. Kato shouldn't direct, and Takahashi shouldn't be the main writer (his concepts are fine) without someone else cleaning it all up.

But I'm still wrapping up the last part off Xenosaga 2 an an effort to get to the third game, which people claim is great. Oddly, I've enjoyed Xenosaga 2 much more than the first game, which was a cakewalk and largely uninspired (bland environments, poor scenario planning, bad music, sluggish battle system, annoying upgrade system, one-dimensional characters, and terrible writing).

Not sure what to think about the upcoming "X" based upon my disappointments with his post-Square games.

I'm looking forward to more Vita related stuff :P I hope 3rd parties make some game announcements, I also hope for more localizations on the platform. A new minor hardware revision before the PS4 is out would also be helpful, would love a 4G 16GB Vita.

Xenosaga 3 is the best because the plot finally begins to make sense. It feels a bit rushed in segments because they had to compress three games into one and skip a bunch of stuff, but it is still a really satisfying conclusion as well as the best game in the series. Oh, and you get lots of juicy connections to Xenogears and a special boss battle with Id's gear if you do one of the side missions.
