Welcome to the future.
Let me tell you a story:
There is some dude on the Sega Saturn Collect group on Facebook that bought Daytona CCE Netlink for the Saturn(most likely the rarest title for the system), sold it, then bought a copy without the supplement and asked me if I had scans of the pages (I had asked him if he would scan his first one before he sold it, he said no), of course I haven't managed to magic up any scans since then so I couldn't help, so he sold the loose one and then bought another complete one. Then when I ask him about scanning them again the cold shoulder is received.
These are the people we're dealing with now, who think everything is an investment and needs to be perfectly mint lest their profit margin be impinged in some way in the future. It's not about helping the community anymore, it's about keeping ULTRA RAREZ to themselves and then posting pictures on FB and instaham to get the ego stroke. It drives me INSANE to see this every day, and is the main reason why I limit FB time on gaming groups to a minimal amount.
/rant
Screw FB.
I'm glad I never got into it. I'd be happy to help with scans if I could.
Jist of that story is: Guy doesn't like being told what to do.![]()
Why would anyone care about some Rando Calrissian having a rare game, especially if they are a braggart (I'm not commenting on why the story was told, but the behavior of the individual mentioned . . . if that wasn't clear)? Plenty of other people on the internet have rare games and I generally think nothing of it unless it's somebody I know. Maybe people in such Facebook groups actually know each other/hang out and circle jerk though for all I know . . . it's weird to me either way.
