E3 2015: What do you want to see revealed/announced?

Did shenmue 1 have dub and sub? I think I remember playing it with the dub.

Only in an undub release. Not officially.

Normally, I'm not partial to any language specifically. Not like those people who get bent out of shape on dubs. I just liked the subbed version of Shenmue 2.

I am trying to find an XBox as well. Just want to find one in good shape. I just got my N64 so XBox original is next.

I get it, it makes sense. But I think I played the original in English so even if it makes much more sense to play it with a sub I sort of have nostalgia for that stale english dub. The fact that I can get the xbox game for like 20% the cost of the UK release is probably the clincher.

I have one available that works perfectly (not the one I got from that lot recently). I was going to sell it to someone else, but I think he just wants it as an emu box anyway plus he has been super slow about it. I can offer up a couple controllers and a component cable with it. Lmk.

Also fwiw, I'm not crazy sub guy either. Hell I watch 95% of anime dubbed when it's an option. The Shenmue II dub is just THAT BAD.

To me, Ryo Hazuki sounds like either voice. My main problem with the US DC release was all of the audio compression and the fact that it sounded like it was recorded in a can by inexperienced VAs. Shenmue 2 fared far better in the XBox release.
