Yeah, that announcement trumps the entirety of Nintendo's announcements thus far!
Star Ocean 5 confirmed for NA and Europe, PS4 only confirmed so far.
New trailer being shown right now. The game looks gorgeous. I'm glad that they actually showed gameplay footage. Everything looks seamless between world and combat, much like Infinite Undiscovery.

Yeah. I think that's disappointing and clearly a lot of these PS4 exclusives is a tactic by Sony to sell systems. Not that I blame them.
I think that Platinum behind Nier 2 can right a lot of the wrongs with Drakengard 3. I still haven't played it yet but I've watched a lot and read the reviews. The technical issues with Drakengard 3 were uncalled for, and clearly evidence of S-E's lack of concern for quality. Platinum is an amazing developer, and I think that they will do this right.
S-E is pretty surprising right now. Maybe they've taken a lot of the criticism seriously. Seems like they are all of the sudden putting an effort into giving the fans what the want. Let's hope that they can pull it off.
Seems like they have a new company / division "RPG Factory" or something along the lines that is dedicated to Japanese-style RPGs, working on some new series.

Wow this really is your E3 XD
Was not expecting a new Nier.
Up until recently, I had virtually zero new games that I was anticipating. In a matter of weeks, that's all changed between Bloodstained, Shenmue 3, Nier 2, Star Ocean 5, and more.
The next few years looks promising and I may have to pick up a PS4 after all.
