Is there any evidence that the seal might have gotten torn during transit? We don't typically send out games with broken seals and have held back copies with much less egregious errors.

Finally got some of the games I've been waiting on. Interesting lot this time and clearly they don't have much if any Quality control.
They've also went with smaller boxes for all these shipments. 2 ps4 & a vita in the box seems rather snug.

wrapping was messed up from factory, should have been caught in packing since it's obvious.

Never seen a bent case before. Doesn't seem like it was stepped on but I can't tell how it happened. Wasn't the mail as the outer box was just fine. Other edge is bent more.

Shouldn't LRG just claim it as shipping damage insurance with the shipper? I'm certain that's what Amazon/Bestbuy does, seeing as they freely ship CEs in bubble mailers and get them crushed regularly (I just returned a 3rd copy of Axiom Verge today...).

That insurance shouldn't reward as much as it does... it'd make safer shipping a higher priority.

Mine were sent out damaged. Outed box was fine. That was my point. Whomever is shipping isn't doing very well picking out the bad ones.

my axiom verge showed up crushed as well. i ended up throwing the outer box away. i probably should have pressed the issue. just get so tired of dealing with horseshit like that, the effort getting it replaced hardly seems worth it sometimes.

I decided to not even bother since I know they'd make me pay to return them. If it was something better then maybe. I just want to point out to them that someone's not trying very hard.
