I put in an order in the first batch and like almost as soon as the sale went live. So I doubt it's order number related.

They may have indeed given priority to "combo" orders (I only ordered a Vita copy) and perhaps even domestic over international orders.

I agree. My order was made at the second batch and it was shipped very fast. Already delivered at the address of the courier, I'm just waiting it to fly over down here.

I ordered both versions, so I would bet for the combo theory.
