Finally got some of the games I've been waiting on. Interesting lot this time and clearly they don't have much if any Quality control.
They've also went with smaller boxes for all these shipments. 2 ps4 & a vita in the box seems rather snug.

wrapping was messed up from factory, should have been caught in packing since it's obvious.

Never seen a bent case before. Doesn't seem like it was stepped on but I can't tell how it happened. Wasn't the mail as the outer box was just fine. Other edge is bent more.

Now that they've slowed down the releases it should be much easier to catch things like that .

Obviously they saw it. Any good company would have put those in the damaged/do not sell pile.

So when I first bought my copy of Fire Emblem Awakening from GameStop it was like that but much worse. Like someone had tried to twist it or something way crazzzzy looking. I took it back to the store and got a replacement (it was shipped originally).

The LRG guys are normally pretty good with replacements (they keep 10% of stock or something apparently) but when I got a replacement I had to pay for return shipping.

About SGW2 orders:

There was a misunderstanding early on, the shipping team thought it was a full set of the cards per order, with a guaranteed gold if there multiple copies purchased.
You should have received 5 per copy. I know that some were shipped out with the correct number of cards, if you are missing cards, please open a ticket and we will get those sent out to you when we're back in the office!
