On a related note, Hong Kong apparently isn't a thing as of this week. Play-Asia operates out of Hong Kong.

There's actually a postal treaty that causes this. I don't know it's name or the specifics though. It's built to help developing third world nations, which China and Hong Kong clearly aren't. There's an expiry date when they get kicked off, but I think it's more than a decade off or some ****.
It's 2047. Not really a postal treaty, but more about Hong Kong no longer being a British colony since the '90s. The postal agreements came under Dubya and allowed pricing to be dictated separately and in an uneven manner. Ushered in cheap imported goods. So while they are two separate issues, CCP / Beijing doesn't want to permit Hong Kong to be a cheap point of export for Chinese goods, given the new situation with China.
I've actually had several problems with Chinese sellers and cost prohibitive return shipping on eBay. I won't buy goods from Chinese sellers anymore.
Yep, I bought some face masks from China, and the seller wants me to send it back for a full refund (the straps broke). Shipping here was probably a couple dollars, and shipping back to China is $8+ at least.
So question, are Pre-Orders it or will they also have a non-pre order batch?
Cause if they don't, I just got screwed out of being able to get Brigandine due to things outside my control.
Sanity is the Lie, There is only Madness.
Only pre-orders.
You may have a chance later if they sell reserve stock.
Eh, I'll buy it off of Ebay when they are actually in people's hands. Most games tend to go down in price.
