Square Enix doesn't deserve money. Also, I agree with Wiley.

To bad Vic and GW can't bring a DQ game over. That would be pretty cool I think.

If anything they will make another musou type game with another franchise because they think the gameplay is what's selling

Saga Musou might finally make a Saga game fun though :P

Punish Square Enix to 10 years of games only 512 kb or less in size (yes, the size of a NES or SNES rom) and see if their Final Fantasies would still sell based on how good the story is.

But... all those Dragon Quests on DS, iPhone, Android, 3DS, and now PS4... I can forgive!

I don't want GaijinWorks to bring over a big-time series game like Dragon Quest. Square Enix should be the ones bringing over their own big titles. It'd just be a waste of time for GW to work on the title when Square should, at least, remake the older titles or bring them to Android or whatever.

Yeah, but they don't. We didn't get the remake of DQ7 for the 3DS. If SE doesn't, I wish someone else could/would.

We didn't get the remake...yet. I'm confident it'll come over someday.

I don't know about anyone else, but I am enjoying DQ: Heroes. It is similar to the Dynasty Warriors, but the magic system makes it more in depth.

    DQH 2 trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cRDagnoKytg

During a live broadcast, Square Enix showed off quite a bit of Dragon Quest Heroes II: The Twin Kings and the Prophecy's End. Along with details focusing on the game itself, a new CG trailer was released for the game.

Gameplay will be split up into three stages: town, battle, and field. While battle stages are self-explanatory, field stages are open expanses of land that are more focused on exploration. Seamless battles with monsters, hidden and locked areas, changing weather patterns, and spontaneous quests are all things that can occur during field stages. Given the large size of the maps, fast travel between waypoints will also be available.

Town stages take place in the country of Zebion. Here, players will interact with different NPCs that serve the various functions one would expect from an RPG: Luida's Bar manages the party, Rikka's inn serves as multiplayer hub, a Dharma Priest acts as a means to change the protagonist's class, etc. Regular item, armor, and weapons shops will be accessible during these stages as well.

Dragon Quest Heroes II, which is set to release in Japan on May 27, 2016, is the sequel to the action-RPG Dragon Quest Heroes: The World Tree's Woe and the Blight Below. Features for the game will include cross-save between the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation Vita versions of the game and a new four-player online cooperative mode. There has been no announcement regarding a western release.
